Undergraduate Awards

The School of Media and Communication offers the following awards to undergraduate students:

Crabtree Undergraduate Award

Crabtree Undergraduate Award £175 (for up to two years). The Committee on Scholarships, Studentships and Prizes makes awards to undergraduate students for outstanding academic performance. These awards are financed from the William A. Crabtree Fund. The Crabtree Award is usually awarded to the PVAC student with the highest overall average at the end of Year 1.

Best Year Two Performance Award

Best Year Two Performance Award. Four £200 awards for the students with the highest second-year average on each programme.

Best Individual Project Award

Best Individual Project Award. Two £500 awards for the best third-year individual projects or individual contribution to a group project to be awarded to the students whose projects achieve the highest mark.

Philip M. Taylor Award for Best Undergraduate Dissertation

Philip M. Taylor Award for Best Undergraduate Dissertation. £500 award for the best third-year undergraduate dissertation to be awarded to the student whose dissertation achieves the highest mark.
